Just a 15-minute walk from Collioure! Located in a quiet, residential area of PORT-VENDRES, you'll love this renovated, fully air-conditioned house, with terraces and enclosed garden overlooking the harbor and the bay, ideally located 500 meters from the port and village center, close to numerous Hiking trails (departures possible from the house), a 15-minute walk from Collioure and a 5-minute drive from magnificent coves. You can also enjoy diving (Gulf of Lion Natural Marine Park) and a wide range of water sports. You'll also be able to visit many charming villages and other places of interest: the organs of Ille-sur-Tet, the hot springs, the City of Perpignan and its Palace of the Kings of Majorca, the City of Collioure and its Royal Castle. As you can see, there's something for every taste, every age and every season. Ground floor: small enclosed courtyard, storage room available. 1st floor: entrance hall, eat-in kitchen, dining room and living room (1-person sofa bed) opening onto a terrace (11 m²) at the front with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the port and the Mediterranean, shower room (wc). 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 bunk beds, 1 single bed), bathroom, wc. 150 m2 enclosed garden with 13 m² covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha. Part of the garden is terraced, with access by staircase to a magnificent panoramic view of the bay, Sea and Mountain. From the back of the Holiday cottage, you can reach the center of Collioure, which is a 15-minute walk from the Holiday cottage. Free public parking lot in front of the Holiday cottage.

    Séjour un semaine

    Les photos mettent en valeur la location mais ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
    En effet la configuration des pièces ne permet pas de jouir de la cuisine, pièce maîtresse de la maison.
    Néanmoins, la maison est climatisée ce qui est très appréciable.

    Gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage

    Umgebung:
    Die Côte Vermeille ist landschaftlich wunderschön, die Umgebung bietet mit sauberem Wasser, fantastischen Wanderung und zahlreichen Kulturschätzen viel zu entdecken. Port-Vendres ist touristisch noch nicht überlaufen.

    Lage des Hauses:
    Das Haus liegt auf halber Höhe, so dass man immer das Meer sehen kann; dazu geht fast immer ein angenehmer Wind, der die Hitze erträglich macht. Die Nachbarn rechts waren nur am Wochenende da und links haben wir niemanden gesehen. Die Straße ist ruhig und wenig befahren.

    Ankunft:
    Man muss wissen, dass die Besitzer in einer anderen Region wohnen und einen mäßig motivierten Hausmeisterservice beauftragt haben. Das Willkommen muss die Schlüsselbox im wirklichen häßlichen Hof des Hauses übernehmen. Es gibt keine touristischen Tipps oder Broschüren, auch keine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung, das „Carnet d‘acceuil“ liegt ausschließlich in digitaler Form vor und enthält vor allem Anweisungen für das Ende des Aufenthaltes. Dazu bekommt man einige Tage vor der Anreise die Aufforderung, bei der Ankunft ein zweiseitiges Formular zum Zustand der Wohnung auszufüllen. Nachdem man sich also mit allem selbst vertraut gemacht hat, den muffigen Geruch weggelüftet und sich mit allen Schäden im Haus auseinandergesetzt hat, kann der Urlaub beginnen.

    Aufenthalt
    Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen: Morgens Frühstück im Garten, abends am Meer oder auf dem Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Siebträgermaschine hat mich besonders gefreut. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten, Wäsche aufzuhängen. Erfreulich fand ich die großzügige Ausstattung mit Geschirr. Der Raum aus Küche und Wohnzimmer ist liebevoll gestaltet. Leider riecht das Sofa nach Hund, und jedes Mal riecht es beim Betreten des Hauses etwas muffig. Bedauerlicherweise haben wir etwas kaputt gemacht und hatten deshalb doch noch persönlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Sie war sehr nett und sympathisch. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

    BON PLAN

    Si vous voulez trouver un bon plan pour vos vacances en famille, c'est bien cette maison. Elle est fonctionnelle, assez grande pour 6 personnes. Proche de tout les sites à visiter. Près des plages. Près de la montagne.

    Séjour en famille

    Gîte parfait pour un séjour en famille.Très bien équipé.
    Bien situé. A proximité du centre de Port-Vendres (commerces accessibles à pied)

    Hemos estado mi pareja y yo y nuestros dos perros y hemos estado fenomenal! El jardín está totalmente vallado, para nuestros perros esto fue genial porque pudimos disfrutar sin que nuestros perros se escapasen. La casa muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Volveremos!
