Welcome to Le Barcarès, where you'll find the authentic charm of the Fishing Port, the shores of the marine Lake, the large Beach and its emblematic liner "Le Lydia". Just a few kilometers from the Holiday cottage, on the banks of the Etang de Salses-Leucate, the Dosses site is a haven of Biodiversity, an exceptional natural area. The site is ideal for discovering over 200 plant species and 50 bird species. This place of contrasts between land and Sea offers a mosaic of habitats. From the Holiday cottage, you're just a few km from Natura 2000 sites such as the Château de Salses and the Salses-Leucate lagoon complex. And don't forget the residence's shared Piscine, hammam, jaccuzzi and gym. From the residence, you can reach the Beach just a few meters away on foot, by bike or by car, with free parking. In front of the Holiday cottage, you have direct access to the Etang du Barcarès. The owners have a canoe available for you to enjoy on the lake. Windsurfing, kitesurfing and water skiing are also available.

This single-storey, independent house with a typical thatched roof opens onto a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen. The two sleeping areas are independent.

- second bedroom: 2 beds 90x190

The covered terrace opens directly onto the 350 m² private enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers.
Shops in the residence are open 7 days a week in season (grocery store, bakery, restaurant, bar). Free parking in the residence.
