Just a 1-minute drive from City center and shops, this ground-floor Holiday cottage welcomes you to a quiet housing estate. The owners live on site, at the rear of the Holiday cottage.

Between the Vineyards and the Mountain, you'll be able to enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides, with magnificent landscapes to discover. Just 15 minutes by car from the large city of Thuir, you'll discover a lively town center, with its shops and the Byrrh factory, a well-known local producer of alcohol. After a day's sightseeing, you can enjoy the terrace and barbecue. Private parking and enclosed garden.


The house has its own entrance and comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with access to the private enclosed terrace. Two bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 cm) and a private bathroom.
