You'll be close to nature (the Lladure river, the Forest, numerous Hiking trails), and a 15-minute walk from the village where you'll find all the shops you need.
By car, you'll be 10 minutes from the Formiguères ski resort, 15 minutes from the Matemale and Puyvalador lakes, 45 minutes from Spain and 1 hour from Andorra.
This Holiday cottage, renovated in Mountain style, offers you freshness and tranquility in a warm setting.
On the ground floor, on one level, this 3-sided apartment, entirely personalized and decorated by the owner, with its own entrance, is surrounded by an unenclosed gravel terrace bordering the street.
Access to the terrace with garden furniture at the front is via the entrance hall, where you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a relaxation area near the wood-burning stove, and a dining room opening onto the terrace at the rear. One bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with en-suite shower room. Independant WC.
Unenclosed on-site parking. Upstairs, the owner's second home. A basket of wood will be provided.

C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que je mets cet appartement à la location saisonnière.
J'ai pu profiter depuis toute petite de
week-ends et vacances à Formiguères et j'espère que ce lieu vous
procurera autant qu'à moi, détente et bien-être.
L'air y est ressourçant, les paysages magnifiques et très différents selon les saisons.
Il y a de quoi faire à tous les âges et en fonction des intérêts de chacun.

Très bel endroit
4/5Très bel endroit qui accepte les chiens bon emplacement calme. Petit bémol pas mal de poussières des locataires précédent et salle de bain pas nette. Très bien équipé.
