Marie and Christophe welcome you to the heart of their magnificent mas de caractère, set on a 7-hectare property 13 km from Collioure. You'll be staying in a comfortable gîte, decorated in the colors of summer. You'll enjoy a superb green outdoor space with trees and flowers, an 80 m2 pool house decorated with care, a lounge, a library and a billiard table. Take a dip in the 10 m x 5 m swimming pool, unheated from Easter to September, and soak up the sun on comfortable deckchairs on the 200 m2 exotic wood terrace. At the back of the gîte, you can play a game of ping-pong in the shade of a pine forest, or prepare a delicious barbecue. Parking on site.

2 interior design gîtes comprising ground floor: living room with kitchen opening onto TV room, wc. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 2 bedrooms each with (2 single beds), shower room (wc). Outside laundry room. Very pleasant setting.
At the front of the gîte: large garden, access to the swimming pool from Easter to September, fenced in by the owner, barbecue, garden furniture. Private terrace, shared pool house (billiards, lounge) with relaxation area (sauna - the relaxation area with sauna and SPA is currently unusable following a decision by the prefect of the Pyrénées Orientales).
At the rear of the gîte: table tennis, small pine forest.
Closed garage for roof boxes and bicycles.
To ensure peace and quiet, parties are not permitted, as the owners live on site. End-of-stay cleaning included.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et des personnes très gentille comme tout est on conseille des personnes qui seraient intéressés a aller passer un moment a cette endroit, très belle endroit et ont compte y retourner certainement avant la fin de l été ou l année prochaine mai 2024 je recommande cette endroit piscine privée tout confort rien à dire et des gens d une gentillesse incroyable- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Séjour super agréable chez Marie et Christophe. Leur accueil est au top, la maison est très fonctionnelle mais le vrai plus pour nous ont été les extérieurs : piscine, billard, pétanque et ping pong nous ont occupé une belle partie du séjour. Merci pour votre accueil et nous espérons revenir vite !

CetG 5/5Accueil de qualité, disponible. Un gîte meublé contemporain avec goût. Piscine + billard + jacuzzi en accès libre. Les conditions étaient réunies pour un séjour de qualité au moment du festival des verriers. Les plus imprévus : mise à disposition des cables pour faire démarrer une voiture récalcitrante, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du séjour au lieu de galérer. Une dégustation de pêches de la propriété délicieuses. En conclusion : un séjour parfait qui donne envie de revenir.

Hélène et Mathieu 5/5Un accueil très chaleureux, une maison charmante, un jardin magnifique, une piscine rafraîchissante et même un jacuzz !
