Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, laundry room, independent toilet, bedroom (1 bed 160cm) with adjoining bathroom + Italian shower, terrace with large garden. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds) each with a private shower room, 2 of the bedrooms have a common terrace, independent toilet. Common swimming pool at about 90 m from the gite, 2 other gites on the property (where the owner lives).
Summer 2023: the swimming pool at this gîte is not in use due to a decision by the prefecture (drought crisis decree).
