Second cottage, ground floor: bedroom (1 double bed) with sitting area. An open, shaded terrace links the 2 buildings, just a few meters apart. On-site: summer kitchen (planxa, barbecue). Shady, enclosed private garden. Small olive grove on site. The EV8 Argelès-sur-Mer / Le Boulou cycle path is 200 m from the gîte. The site borders a housing estate.
