The building, formerly the home of the Counts of Cerdagne, has just been renovated. You'll love its character and the charm of the village. In the charming village of Corneilla, large gîte in a historic building of great character. 1st floor: living room with equipped kitchenette, wc. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (1 double bed + 1 single bed), shower room, wc. 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, shower room, wc. An enclosed, private garden is laid out in front of the gîte (picnic table, barbecue). A private enclosed courtyard provides parking for up to 3 vehicles. Private, locked storage room on the ground floor of the gîte (bikes, other equipment, etc.).

    Gîte ancien (mur en pierre épais, croix en pierre gravée dans la cage d'escalier) fonctionnel et spacieux. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Il est juste dommage que la cheminée soit annoncée alors qu'elle ne peut pas être utilisée.

    Una casa ben situada i en un indret increible. Tot i això, hem trobat que l'atenció de la persona responsable és millorable. Així ens va semblar una casa amb poca cura dels espais, poc estimada. Bona temperatura, tot i el fred, i amb possibilitat d'utilitzar la llar de foc.
    Bon equipament de cuina per si es vol fer ús. Els lavabos sense ventilació es podrien millorar.
