Nestled in the charming village of Arles-sur-Tech, in the heart of the Haut-Vallespir region, the El Grener Holiday cottage welcomes you for a peaceful stay, between unspoilt nature and Catalan heritage. Just a few kilometers away, discover the medieval streets of Palalda, the colorful markets of Céret and the paths leading to the Sainte-Marie de Montbolo chapel for an exceptional view of the entire Vallespir valley. And Amélie-les-Bains, renowned for its spa treatments, offers a veritable haven of Wellbeing in the heart of Vallespir.

This traditional-style Semi-detached house is set on a single level. Upstairs, you'll find a welcoming living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen, equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, kettle, toaster, filter and Senseo coffee makers. Two comfortable bedrooms complete the sleeping area:
- One bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm)

For your comfort, the living area is air-conditioned, while the bedrooms are equipped with free-standing fans. A shower room is also available. The toilet is separate. Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in front of the rolling Vallespir countryside. Two parking spaces are reserved in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage.
