The Holiday cottage "Côté Sea" is a Semi-detached house, both with another cottage and with the owners, who welcome you in a warm, traditional atmosphere. After 2 steps, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: 3-burner induction hob, kettle, toaster, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, a convivial living room with a quality 160x200 sofa-bed for 2 people, a shower room with WC and a bedroom with a standard 160x200 double bed and mosquito netting.

Outside, enjoy a shaded terrace enclosed by a gate, for meals or moments of relaxation. The property has a shared pétanque court, ideal for sharing convivial moments and making the most of sunny days. The property is not enclosed. There are 2 parking spaces for the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage is air-conditioned in the living room, for your comfort in all seasons. A supplement is charged for use of the above-ground swimming pool, from May to September, to be requested from the owners on site. (3.66m diameter, 1.22m high, but 1.05m waterline, equipped with a Kids safety ladder).
