In the heart of the tourist resort of le Barcarès, this village house renovated in 2012 comprises 4 apartments (including the one occupied by the owner), located on the Sea front.

On the second floor, facing the street, this Holiday cottage comprises :
- living room with fitted kitchen: sofa bed 2 pers
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160 x 200
- Bathroom WC.

Small shared interior patio. Communal parking lot 150 m away. Close to all services, shops, entertainment, etc. offered by the resort. Beach towels included. For mid-season or very high season, an end-of-stay cleaning fee is payable on site, directly to the owner (€60).
