Located on the garden level of the owner's house, in a quiet tree-lined residence, it offers a peaceful environment conducive to relaxation. Access to the shared swimming pool (20x7, depth 1.20 to 3.60m) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., every day from June 1 to September 30, to enjoy the region's sunny days.
Collioure is an ideal destination for combining tourism, nature and culture. Stroll along the port, discover the Château Royal, the church or the art galleries that perpetuate the spirit of the Fauvist painters. Hiking enthusiasts will love the trails along the coast and in the Albères massif, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
Epicureans can savor local specialties - anchovies, Banyuls and Collioure wines - and explore the vineyards that line the surrounding hillsides. Nearby, let yourself be seduced by the wild coves of the Côte Vermeille, or the cultural and festive events that punctuate local life.
A few steps lead up to the main living area and open-plan kitchen, with 3-burner induction hob, grill-mode microwave, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee makers. Ideal for preparing meals and relaxing at the end of the day.
There's also an independent shower room with WC. The bedroom offers a 140x190 bed and also benefits from a private shower room with WC, guaranteeing your comfort. It opens onto a terrace equipped with a plancha.
Outside, you'll find a terrace where you can enjoy your meals with a beautiful view of the Sea and the bell tower. To make the most of the Sea, a beach umbrella and snorkeling equipment are available on request. A parking space is available on the street in front of the residence, suitable for a conventional vehicle.

Fanny Vacances 5 étoiles à Collioure
Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Sylvain. Le gîte est parfaitement situé, non loin de la mer et du centre ville de Collioure. Rien ne manque dans la maison : en bonus, du mobilier d’extérieur confortable, plusieurs machines à café, la climatisation et une plancha. La piscine de la résidence est agréable et un ping pong est également à disposition des locataires. Un grand merci à Sylvain pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse !

BERENICE EVASION SUR COLLIOURE
Excellent séjour en pays catalan ! Accueil très convivial des propriétaires ; présentation du logement situé au bas de la maison, propreté des lieux, superbe vue sur Collioure, piscine de la résidence très bien entretenue.
Climatisation naturelle de l'appartement (nul besoin d'utiliser la climation prévue).
Vaste chambre bien aérée également ; heureusement chaque ouverture est assurée de protection de moustiquaires.
En conclusion : 3 semaines réussies ! Nous conseillons vivement.(Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou très âgées car beaucoup d'escaliers à monter si l'on se rend à Collioure à pied)- Cleanliness

Reveyron Merci à Sylvain pour sa qualité d'accueil, sa gentillesse et les conseils de visite qu'il nous a soumis. Le logement est fonctionnel et agréable bien qu'un peu sombre, il n'y manque rien. La ville de Collioure est un petit bijoux où il fait bon flâner.
Merci à Nicole et Sylvain pour nous avoir permis de découvrir les Pyrénées orientales que nous ne connaissions pas.
