Period house, built between the 13th and 15th centuries, in the popular Réal district of Perpignan city centre, 4 minutes' walk from Saint Jean Cathedral and 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Close to the Place Jean Moulin, this old building is located in a pretty, typically Perpignan alleyway. The house is 600 metres from shops, restaurants, a museum and a cinema.

Following architectural constraints, 1 bedroom equipped with a velux overhead window (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (wc). Each bedroom is air-conditioned. Access to the garage (2.10x2.10) is via the narrow alleyway, where two city cars can park. Public car parks are also available nearby. Pets welcome.
