The spirit of Carmina, the painter and owner, whose works adorn the walls and exteriors, reigns in every room. The Holiday cottage, decorated with care and personality, invites you to relax and contemplate. The 200 m² enclosed private garden, equipped with garden furniture, brazier, barbecue and electric plancha, promises pleasant moments in the sun or in the shade of the trees.
For art lovers, Carmina's studio is available for a moment out of time.

The shared, unheated Piscine (12 x 6 x 1.30 to 2.30 m), accessible all year round from 9.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., is located at the rear of the house, with access through a gate, on the discreet owners' property. The grounds include a pétanque court, table tennis, deckchairs and garden furniture.

Suite architectural constraints, Bedroom 2, mezzanine, with blackout curtains, open onto landing: 2 beds 90 twinned into 1 bed 180 x 200, relaxation area
Bedroom 3: 1 Bed 180 x 200, with shower room and wc
Bedroom 4: 1 bed 140 x 190: Louis XV trundle bed
Bedroom 5: 2 x 90cm beds combined to form 1 x 180 x 200cm bed

In the garden, on a small slope, the Holiday cottage has parking for two vehicles, to be parked in a row, and a communal parking area in front of the house.
