Saint-Martin's unspoilt natural setting and mountain landscapes are a delight. Hiking trails and walks offer panoramic views of the gorges and surrounding forests. Nearby villages such as Fenouillet, Caudiès-de-Fenouillèdes and Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet invite you to discover their medieval heritage and Romanesque chapels. Local Vineyards offer tastings and social events. Saint-Martin-de-Fenouillet is an ideal place to combine nature, culture and serenity.
Large village house comprising two Holiday cottages with shared entrance hall.
1st floor:

The second Holiday cottage is on the ground floor.
Opposite the Holiday cottage is a large shared terrace (approx. 100 m²) with picnic table reserved for each cottage.
About 100m away, with access by stairs, a communal area is available with barbecue and picnic tables.
Opposite the Holiday cottage, a garage shared by the 2 gîtes: one type 308 vehicle per gîte can be parked there.
Communal parking lot also nearby.

Dolaca Séjour agréable comme d'habitude
Nous avons l'habitude de profiter de ce gîte qui est toujours très propre, les nouveautés nous ont bien plûesk salle de bain notamment) . Nous retrouvons avec bonheur la vue du balcon, la convivialité de Carole et des habitants du village. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr

CM Séjour au gîte Carignan
C'est la 4e année que nous retournons au gîte à la fin décembre.
Le gîte, toujours propre et confortable, est très bien équipé et situé dans un petit village au calme.
Carole est toujours aussi serviable, disponible et accueillante.

Novwe Petit village
Accueil chaleureux et gîte très propre et clair.
Village propre et silencieux mais rues très étroites peu adaptées aux voitures et aux personnes avec un handicap physique. Superbe environnement offrant des chemins pédestres variés.- Cleanliness

DF Mélanie Séjour trop court, logement où on se sent comme à la maison autant pour les grands que les petits, nous reviendrons c'est une certitude. De plus Carole est une hôte bienveillante et tellement gentille encore mille mercis.
