While you're enjoying your vacation in the wonderful Catalan countryside, we invite you to discover the Vallées Sauvages. In the heart of Vallespir, you'll be close to the magnificent Lake St Jean Pla de Corts with its water games, and not far from the charming City of Céret with its world-class Museum of Modern Art. Close to Spain and the nearest beaches are at Argelès-sur Sea.
The village of Las Illas is very popular with walkers, for its local footpaths and long-distance hiking trails linking the Mediterranean to the Atlantic.

To get to Las Illas, there are no long-distance paths, but a typical French road, the well-maintained D13.

This raised ground-floor Holiday cottage includes: fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave oven, private washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker. TV, open onto the living room with access to 2 pleasant terraces overlooking the surrounding countryside. Garden furniture.

    Beau gîte

    Beau gîte, propre, bien situé et bien équipé. Endroit calme. Nous avons été accueillis par une dame très sympathique qui nous a offert quelques framboises de son jardin. Un restaurant se situe en face du gîte et fait également dépôt de pain : cela peut être utile si vous n'avez pas envie de redescendre le col de 10km. Bonne situation géographique : Nous avons pu aller voir la Méditerranée, l'Espagne et faire un tour dans les Pyrénées. Bon équipement : gazinère, vaisselle,lave-linge, sèche-linge métallique... Le lave-linge nous a permis de laver les maillots de bains et serviettes après les baignades dans la Méditerranée qui se trouve à environ 30 km.
    Lieu agréable, conseillé pour ceux qui aiment le calme et qui sont à l'aise avec les cols de montagne.

    Grande déconnection

    Beau petit village en haut d une route escarpée. Le gîte est simple mais confortable. Les propriétaires très sympathiques. Situation géographique intéressante côte vermeille et proximité de l Espagne.

    Excellent séjour dans un gîte très agréable

    Le gîte est très agréable et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très à l'écoute. De jolies randonnées depuis las Illas.

    Un petit coin sympa

    Gites très sympa avec le confort nécessaire.
    Les propriétaires sont adorables et attentifs au bien être des locataires.
    Seul ombre au tableau, l'accès par 10 km de lacets mais qui, avec prudence, permet de profiter d'un endroit calme et reposant.

    Excellent séjour

    Grand merci à la famille Davesne pour l'accueil chaleureux.

    Le gîte est bien situé, restaurant juste à côté, l'a frontière Espagnole à 10 minutes.

    Je recommande sans hésitation.
