On the outskirts of the village of Reynes, in a quiet neighborhood, this fully fenced, tree-lined, and flower-filled 3,200 m² property features the owners’ residence and an annex consisting of two adjoining, single-story Bed and breakfast rooms with separate entrances. From June through October, weather permitting, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., you’ll enjoy the shared swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 x 1.20 to 1.70 m), which is fenced with a gate and features a cover. A shared relaxation area with patio furniture and a plancha grill is available for your use. Each room has its own private, open-air terrace with patio furniture. In the owners’ house, right next to the guest rooms, a kitchenette area is available for your use, with a separate outdoor entrance. You’ll be able to cook there (microwave, induction cooktop, dishes, etc.). Breakfast will be served in your room or on the terrace. A washing machine is available, as well as a charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles (billed at €0.50/kW), and a small bookcase.
