This holiday cottage, located on the first floor of a residence, features a pleasant and bright living area combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen, equipped with a 2-burner glass-ceramic stove, a kettle, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a Senseo machine, allows you to easily prepare your meals during your stay. The bedroom features a bunk bed with two beds 90x190 cm in size. The bathroom and toilet complete the interior spaces to ensure a high level of comfort.

The terrace, equipped with a griddle, is the perfect spot for summer meals or relaxing evenings. You also have access to the shared pool, 12.92 m x 8.94 m, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.80 m, open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., from June through the end of September—perfect for alternating between swimming in the sea and refreshing breaks. The parking lot, secured by a gate, makes your arrival and getting around during your stay easy. The pétanque court rounds out the amenities for fun social gatherings.
