This guest house is located on the outskirts of the village of Pia, north of Perpignan.
A 5-minute drive takes you to a Shopping center with a bus stop to take you to Perpignan center. Perpignan airport and train station are 10 km away.
The guest house has a private entrance, free parking and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, coffee machine and kettle, as well as a mini bar. Wellbeing and wine-tourism packages are organized on a regular basis, subject to booking.
The two Bed and breakfasts are housed in two separate buildings, each with a private Jacuzzi, one inside the suite, the other on the private terrace outside under the pergola.
A table d'hôtes personalized to your tastes and food intolerances is available on reservation. During your stay, you'll enjoy access to the outdoor swimming pool (Piscine available from 8am to 10pm in summer) and adjoining Spa shared by both Bed and breakfast rooms and the owners, as well as shaded facilities in the garden.

Breakfast can be taken inside your suite or on your private terrace. An idyllic place for a romantic get-together or simply to relax. This room, by the Piscine, has its own private entrance giving you access to the outside facilities, to a Zen garden planted with trees, in which the colors of the flowers and shrubs present a unique spectacle.

Stéphanie Lieu calme à l'accueil très sympathique
De passage pour une nuit l'accueil a été très sympathique le lieu est spacieux et très calme. Il faisait tres chaud mais la climatisation et la piscine permettent de passer une bonne nuit. Je recommande pour un séjour de passage professionnel mais pour un séjour la chambres d'hôtes est un parfait point de départ de découverte de la Région
