In the heart of the tourist resort of Le-Barcares, village house renovated in 2012, comprising 4 apartments (including the one occupied by the owner), located on the Sea front. 1st floor, street-facing: Living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), shower room (wc). Reversible air-conditioning. Small shared interior patio. Communal parking lot 150 m away. Close to all services, shops, entertainment, etc. offered by the resort. Beach towels provided. For mid- or high-season, an end-of-stay cleaning fee is payable on site, directly to the owner (€60).
