Welcome to Bolquère, in an exceptional natural setting between fir trees and mountains. This charming detached chalet, nestled in a fir grove with other chalets, welcomes you for an authentic stay in any season, just a stone's throw from the shops, the Pyrénées 2000 ski resort and the many Hiking trails. Ideal for lovers of nature, wide-open spaces and outdoor activities, it's the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the Catalan region.
In winter, set off on skis to explore the Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 ski areas. In summer, enjoy Mountain Hiking, cycling or cultural visits to listed villages such as Eus or Villefranche-de-Conflent. The region, rich in tradition and heritage, also offers moments of Wellbeing thanks to the thermal cures at Llo, Dorres or Saint-Thomas-les-Bains.

This Holiday cottage offers a warm, functional interior. Accessible via an outside staircase, it features :
a veranda with relaxing furniture and a lovely view of the fir trees,
a living area with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with connected TV.
A shower room with toilet completes the main level.
Upstairs, two attic bedrooms, under the sloping ceiling, can accommodate families or friends:
One bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190
One bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 and an additional bed 90 x 190.

On the garden level, a practical room with private washing machine, ideal for storing skis, bikes or Hiking equipment.

The private, unenclosed garden, with its garden furniture, is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet. An electric plancha is also available.

Outside snowy periods, on-site parking for two vehicles. In winter, if there is snow, because of the access to the fir grove via a dirt track, you can park in the nearby parking lots. Possibility of clearing snow from this path using equipment provided by the owner.
