At Parc Ducup, this Group holiday cottages for 56 people is a guest house within the Perpignan diocese. It offers accommodation in rooms, meals and the rental of 7 meeting or conference rooms equipped with tables, chairs, video projector and internet access.

The facility is ideal for seminars, groups, families, friends and school groups.

The seminar rooms are located on the ground floor of the building, with sanitary facilities, some of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The 24 rooms are spread over two floors, accessible by elevator or staircase. 20 rooms with 2 single beds and 4 rooms (one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility) with 4 single beds. Each room has a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, reversible air conditioning and Internet access. Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning after your stay. Year-round rates per person: 38 e / night, 7 e / breakfast, 54 e / half board, 65 e / full board. Picnic baskets available.

To be discussed directly with the manager: sliding-scale rates offered, depending on number of nights and people, seminar room rental rates (between 95 euros and 150 euros).

The kitchen is not self-catering.
