It's ideal (Bus shuttles); for discovering the exceptional landscapes bordering Spain, taking in the many Hiking trails in the nature reserve, climbing the Pic du Costabonne and accessing the Tour de Mir... , for visiting the fortified city, the historic monuments of the old town, surrounded by ramparts, taking in the cobbled streets and accessing Fort Lagarde via the tunnel; for accommodating two people for a stay at the La Preste spa, 7km away (Bus shuttles).

In February, the Bear Festival, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, celebrates the arrival of spring and offers an immersion in Catalan tradition. Throughout the year, the village is brightened up by events and festivities, and tourists and Pratéens alike enjoy a convivial atmosphere.

Living room with convertible sofa bed: sleeps 2 adults or 2 teenagers, with direct access to a shower room with washbasin, modern shower, WC and sauna for relaxing moments after a day of beautiful discoveries.

A convivial dayroom comprising a dining room and living room with wood-burning stove for cocooning evenings.
2nd floor:
Fully equipped kitchen
Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, bath, washbasin and private WC.

This old house has been completely renovated, but the stairs are safe but uncomfortable for people with reduced mobility and/or very young Kids.

Free communal parking 200m away, with a drop-off point close to the Holiday cottage.
