This small Holiday cottage offers a peaceful, intimate setting, perfect for a solo or duo getaway. As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the warm, well-cared-for décor, combining natural materials, soft colors and a Zen atmosphere. Comfort is the order of the day, with a bedroom featuring a king-size bed, ideal for restful nights. The living area includes a pleasant sitting area and a fully-equipped kitchen, designed for independent living. A modern bathroom completes the ensemble. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace, perfect for breakfasts in the sun or cosy evenings under the stars. The Holiday cottage also has access to a large communal garden, a haven of peace carefully landscaped by the owner. Small shady corners, benches, flowered areas and even a few plant surprises invite you to relax. Located just a few minutes from some of the most beautiful sites in the Lot and Dordogne valleys, Holiday cottage Zénitude is a confidential address where it's good to put down your suitcases for a few days or more.

Independent entrance via the Holiday cottage's private terrace or via the house from the shared entrance hall. Private terrace not overlooked by other occupants on the right side of the house. Shared garden on other side. House located in Saint Denis Les Martel on the roadside (frequent traffic / double-glazing). A few steps lead up to the Holiday cottage: open-plan kitchen, living room, bedroom with 160x200 bed (roadside), annexe bedroom with 1 bunk bed, shower room and separate WC. Reversible air-conditioning. Linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
