Villa Gaubert is a large house ideally located 10 minutes from Cahors, which comfortably and peacefully accommodates a family or group of friends of up to 8 people.
In a dominant position overlooking the surrounding Countryside, we love this house with its bright, comfortable rooms, ultra-equipped kitchen, quality bedding...and its terraces (one of which is covered) overlooking the private saltwater swimming pool, heated to a minimum of 25°, which will be your privileged place to share convivial moments.
Kids will love the gaming room or the 7,000 m² wooded park with its illuminated pétanque court! An unmissable stopover in the heart of the Cahors vineyards!

- first floor: entrance hall, main dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (vitro table, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) opening directly onto the covered terrace (with table and chairs) and Piscine, living area with flat-screen TV (Netflix subscription available), gaming room with second flat-screen TV, sofa, table soccer, DVD player with DVD loan, laundry room with fridge, washing machine, sink, shower room with shower cubicle, wc, basin. 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm-wide bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x200cm-wide beds, bathroom with shower and bath, double washbasin, separate toilet.
