Completely renovated in 2024, it elegantly combines authenticity and charm. We love its vast 90 m² living space, its spacious, light-filled bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The peaceful setting, unobstructed views over the Countryside and quiet road invite you to relax. Just a stone's throw from Cahors and its famous Pont Valentré, or Lalbenque and its truffle Market, there's no shortage of activities: go-karting, padel, Tennis, pétanque, or horse-riding at the Pech Merle equestrian farm. For nature lovers, the lakes at Montcuq and Catus offer swimming, picnics and games for Kids. Less than an hour away, discover the jewels of the Lot: Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac. The Holiday cottage features gently sloping terraces and a ground-floor bedroom suitable for disabled guests. It's the ideal place for a peaceful, convivial get-together with family or friends.
