Nestled in a verdant setting, the estate also houses the owners' house and two other independent Holiday cottages, while preserving everyone's privacy thanks to private, fully enclosed gardens. A real cocoon where you can slow down, share a meal on the terrace, listen to the song of the cicadas or enjoy the long summer evenings under the Quercy sky. The Rocamadour Holiday cottage bears the name of one of the Lot's most beautiful jewels, as an invitation to discover this authentic region full of character. You'll find a friendly atmosphere, generous spaces and all the comforts you need for a serene, rejuvenating stay. Located in Trespoux, just a few minutes from Cahors, the estate is ideally situated for exploring the treasures of the department. Between the medieval streets of Cahors, the famous Pont Valentré, gourmet markets, Malbec vineyards, listed villages and the spectacular scenery of the Lot valley, there's no shortage of things to discover. Nature lovers can also take advantage of the many hiking trails, bike rides, canoe trips and river swimming. Entrance to the estate via shared parking. Enclosed private garden (one space in front of the Holiday cottage and one space behind, not overlooked). Ground floor: Entrance into living room with TV. A kitchen with dining area (laundry room with washing machine and private WC), a double bedroom (1 bed 160x200). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (two with 1 bed 160x200 and a dormitory with 4 beds 90x190), 2 bathrooms and a private WC. All-inclusive formula. Pets allowed (3 max - not allowed in bedrooms). Only one pet per Holiday cottage (not category 1 or 2 dogs).
