Reversible air-conditioning in all bedrooms. Fiber-optic Wifi access. 18 m² kitchen-side terrace with garden furniture. 38 m² terrace for 5-seater Jacuzzi. Fenced grounds of 200 m² with dry-stone walls and iron gates. Free parking space on the road side of the property and one inside the garden.
