Air-conditioned Holiday cottage. Private parking. Independent garden: Heated Piscine (10x3x1.5) secured by a shelter, covered terrace. Cellar with freezer. Ground floor: private WC with washbasin, laundry room with dryer and washing machine, dining room and open-plan kitchen. Second floor: sitting area with fireplace and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room, WC and office area. 2nd floor: 2 attic bedrooms with 140 beds and private shower rooms with WC. All-inclusive package (breakfast basket and fresh bread every morning, housekeeping, linen and welcome), Water ski club at the Cajarc Lake.

Elliames Wonderful stay in a beautiful location
We had a wonderful stay at this gîte last week as a family of four. The location is incredibly peaceful and picturesque, perfect for a relaxing break. The interior is modern, stylish, and top-spec, with contemporary artwork adding a nice touch throughout. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, keeping the house perfectly comfortable even on warmer days.
The owner was very welcoming, leaving fresh bread for us every morning and providing breakfast goodies at the start of our stay, including coffee, milk, and local honey, which was a lovely touch. The property felt very clean and new, and we really enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor area.
It’s just a short drive to Cajarc, a pretty and lively village by the river, with plenty of bars and restaurants to explore.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay—we would happily return!

Gregory & Family Un véritable havre de paix pour se déconnecter du
Nous avons vécu un séjour inoubliable dans ce gîte soigneusement conçu par Christophe, architecte de formation. Chaque détail, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, témoigne d’un vrai sens de l’esthétique et du confort. Les matériaux nobles et les équipements électroménagers de qualité nous ont donné l’impression de séjourner dans un lieu de villégiature haut de gamme.
Nos enfants ont particulièrement apprécié d’avoir leur propre étage, chacun avec sa salle de bain et une excellente isolation phonique qui a permis à chacun de profiter de son espace en toute tranquillité. La piscine, aux dimensions parfaites pour nager, a également fait l’unanimité.
Christophe, Isabelle et Catherine ont été des hôtes exemplaires, disponibles et chaleureux, toujours prêts à nous conseiller sur les meilleures adresses et activités de la région.
En résumé, un gîte idéalement situé pour randonner, savourer la gastronomie locale, profiter des bons vins (…) et surtout se ressourcer. Une parenthèse enchantée que je recommande sans hésitation !- Cleanliness

Pascale Un beau gîte
Beau gîte confortable et très bien aménagé dans un hameau au cœur de la vallée du Lot.
Idéal pour visites, randonnées et découvertes culinaires de cette belle région.
Piscine très agréable.
Lieu très calme le week-end, malheureusement moins en semaine en raison des allées et venues des voitures pour le cabinet médical, le parking étant juste derrière la haie.- Cleanliness

Olivier Une belle adresse pour visiter le Lot
A proximité du village classé de Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, de la grotte de Pech Merle, de la vallée du Lot et du Célé entre falaises et maisons troglodytes et du magnifique centre historique de Figeac.
Accueil très chaleureux et instructif par le propriétaire des lieux, un architecte passionné et collectionneur, toujours disponible et attentionné.
Endroit très calme et reposant avec un équipement dernier cri et une décoration art moderne.
Agréable piscine toujours chauffée entre 29,5° et 31°C pendant notre séjour malgré une météo capricieuse.
