With its large, bright, well-equipped living room and spacious bedroom upstairs, this Holiday cottage is ideal for 2 people wishing to discover the riches of this beautiful corner of the Lot department! Between shady Hiking, canoeing on the Dordogne, heritage visits and gastronomic delights...there's something for everyone! To help you get to grips with the social life of the Lot, the Loft library has books by regional authors such as Christian Signol. For enthusiasts of both cycling and Hiking, bikes and maps are available to residents. Electric bikes are also available for hire, and the rental company, a partner of Gîtes de France®, offers customized tours. Entrance to Holiday cottage through main entrance to property, shared parking with owners, covered carport for one car. Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house with independent access, private terrace and shared grounds. The Holiday cottage has a loft-like layout, with a ground floor living room featuring a sitting area with library, flat-screen TV and sofa, and a fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, etc.). Upstairs, an open-plan bedroom with a double bed (140cm), 1 bunk bed (90cm) for 2 Kids, and an enclosed shower room with shower cubicle, bath, washbasin and toilet. Electric heating. Wifi free of charge. Piscine shared (7.30m X 3.60 m) with the owners, secured by an alarm. Electric recharging point in the village, 200 m from the Holiday cottage. - Local products available to residents: jam, walnut oil, prune brandy, ratafia, honey, cabecous, bread, eggs etc...
