Set amid a landscape of forests, hills, and meadows, yet close to must-see tourist sites such as Rocamadour and the Dordogne Valley... this loft-style holiday cottage is housed in a traditional Quercy barn. With its large, bright, and well-equipped living area and spacious bedroom upstairs, this holiday cottage is ideal for two people looking to explore the treasures of this beautiful corner of the Lot department! From shaded hiking and canoeing on the Dordogne to heritage tours and culinary delights… there’s something for everyone! To immerse yourself in the local culture of the Lot, the Loft’s library features works by regional authors such as Christian Signol. For enthusiasts of both cycling and hiking, bicycles and maps are available to guests. Additionally, electric bikes can be rented from a rental company—a partner of Gîtes de France®—that offers customized tours.

Access to the holiday cottage is through the property’s main entrance; parking is shared with the owners, and there is a covered parking space for one car. The holiday cottage is attached to the owners’ home but has a separate entrance, a private terrace, and shared grounds. The holiday cottage is loft-style, with a living area on the ground floor featuring a sitting area with a bookshelf and flat-screen TV, a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, etc.). Upstairs, there is an open-concept bedroom with a 140-size bed, a 90-size bunk bed for two kids, and an enclosed bathroom with a shower stall, bathtub, sink, and toilet. Electric heating. Free Wi-Fi. Shared swimming pool (7.30m x 3.60m) shared with the owners, secured by an alarm. Electric vehicle charging station in the village, 200 m from the Holiday cottage. - Selection of local products available to guests: jam, walnut oil, plum brandy, ratafia, honey, cabecous, bread, eggs, etc. The holiday cottage is certified as a “Fishing-Friendly” property in collaboration with the Fishing Federation and as a “Bicycle-Friendly” property by Tourisme Lot. Anglers and cyclists are especially welcome at the holiday cottage. All necessary equipment for their activities is provided.
