On a promontory overlooking the lower Lot valley, in the heart of the small medieval village of Bélaye, opposite the church (very popular during the cello festival, 1st week of August). Come and discover this 1890 house with 75m2 of living space, restored in 2011. Exceptional panoramic view over the vineyards and neighboring villages. Pleasant surroundings: 800m² semi-enclosed garden with arbour. Plus: wifi access. On level -1, laundry room with washing machine, drying rack and mini-oven. On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave) with a 10m2 sitting area, library and games area, flat-screen TV. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 1.40m bed and a small communicating room with a 0.90m bed, separated by a screen; bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Outside, a terrace overlooking a 600m² semi-enclosed garden (arbour, barbecue). Public parking in front of the house and free communal parking behind the church.

Pascal Au cœur d un magnifique village
Gite très agréable avec son grand jardin et sa tonnelle pour profiter pleinement de la nature environnante.Idéal également pour rayonner dans la vallée du lot et ses villages pittoresques.

Très joli lieu.
Calme absolu. Cela correspondrait à notre attente.
Gros point noir. L'annonce mentionne 2 chambres. En réalité c'est une grande chambre séparée en deux par un paravent. Décevant..

Concernant la configuration des chambres, nous tenons à préciser que celle-ci est bien décrite dans l'annonce comme une grande chambre séparée par un paravent. Nous espérons néanmoins que cela n'a pas trop affecté votre séjour.

chantal 12 quelques belles journées de printemps...
Quelques jours très reposants dans un hameau magnifique avec une vue splendide .
La maison est confortable , la literie de bonne qualité ( très important a nos yeux ).le jardin est vraiment un gros plus pour cette location .
La propriétaire est très accueillante avec des petites attentions de bienvenue bien que notre séjour ait été assez court . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir . Merci pour tout
