This old house dating from 1858 stands at the end of a tree-lined lane, surrounded by meadows and woods as far as the eye can see, and as soon as you cross the threshold, you appreciate the high-quality renovation, where the timeless charm of stone and wood blends perfectly with a clean, functional style in every room. After a stroll around one of the many tourist sites in the area (we're only 30 minutes from St Cirq Lapopie!), it's easy to imagine relaxing by the swimming pool or returning to your comfortable room for a restful night's sleep! A few steps give access to a covered terrace with garden furniture, then on the same level: large living room with built-in kitchen area and central island, dining area, 3 steps give access to the sitting area with sofa, armchairs and flat-screen TV, 1 shower room with large Italian shower, separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160) with access to the outside, a terrace with garden furniture and a dressing room. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, 1 shower room with Italian shower and WC. Private, fenced Piscine (7x3.5x1.30). Unenclosed, partially wooded grounds. Holiday cottage a little isolated and not overlooked. The Holiday cottage has been equipped with fiber optics since March 2020.
