This old house dating from 1858 stands at the end of a tree-lined lane, surrounded by meadows and woods as far as the eye can see, and as soon as you cross the threshold, you appreciate the high-quality renovation, where the timeless charm of stone and wood blends perfectly with a clean, functional style in every room. A few steps give access to a covered terrace with garden furniture, then on the same level: large living room with built-in kitchenette and central island, dining area, 3 steps give access to the sitting area with sofa, armchairs and flat-screen TV, 1 shower room with large Italian shower, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160) with access to the outside, a terrace with garden furniture and a dressing room. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, 1 shower room with Italian shower and toilet. Private, fenced swimming pool (7x3.5x1.30). Unenclosed, partially wooded grounds. Slightly isolated gite, not overlooked. The gite has been equipped with fiber optics since March 2020.
