Perched beneath the limestone cliffs, just a stone's throw from the ancient ruined fortress, the house overlooks the Célé, ideal for swimming, fishing or canoeing. The famous diving site of l'émergence du Ressel will delight aquatic adventurers. At your feet, hikers on the Route de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle pass silently by. Between Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Figeac and Rocamadour, you're at the heart of an exceptional heritage. The house is accessed by two steps up to the terrace and one step down to the house: 20 m² terrace with garden furniture and parasol, then you enter the Holiday cottage with its 49 m² open-plan living area comprising a lounge, kitchenette and veranda, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 4 beds 90x190 which can also make 2 beds 180), shower room, separate WC. Central heating throughout the Holiday cottage and a pellet stove in the living room. Fiber-optic Wifi access. Sunken cellar with washing machine and tumble dryer.
