On the edge of a 5000m² walnut grove that casts its beneficial shade over the gite's terrace, 400 m from the Dordogne river (swimming, canoeing...) and 1.5 m from the village of St Sozy, all advantages that will enable you to take advantage of the many leisure activities, services and small local shops in the vicinity. A warm welcome from the owners, who will be delighted to share their ideas for walks and their taste for local produce, will help to make your stay as pleasant as possible! The swimming pool awaits you for some well-deserved relaxation!

Access to the gîte via a few steps leading to a small covered terrace (traditional bolet), then a living room (2 bunk beds 0.90m), sitting area/kitchenette, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m). Electric convector heating. Unenclosed grounds. Wifi access in gite. Enclosed swimming pool (10x5) covered by a secure cover: possibility of swimming in covered pool. Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning optional. Towels not provided.
