Outside, the terrace invites you to enjoy your meals while admiring the breathtaking view over the green valley and surrounding hills. On the entrance side, the view is just as remarkable, with the majestic presence of the Château de Castelnau-Bretenoux dominating the landscape and reminding us of the rich history of the area. The manor house is surrounded by meadows and woods, offering a peaceful atmosphere and an ideal setting for relaxing or taking a stroll. On-site, you can also enjoy the tea room run by your hosts, a convivial space where you can enjoy a drink in peace and quiet. Holiday cottage/apartment on the ground floor of the Manoir de Boscau, where the owners' apartments, a gîte (46G13215) for 4 people and a bed and breakfast are located. Entrance from the rear of the Manoir leads to a kitchen, a small sitting area (closed door giving access to the Manoir reception area), a small dining area and a shower room with WC. Mezzanine bed with 1 x 140cm bed and dressing area. Private terrace with garden furniture and another covered terrace with armchairs, barbecue and freezer. Private garden area with deckchairs. Bed linen, towels, Utilities included. Cleaning optional.
