Upstairs: 1 Kids' bedroom (1 x 90cm bed) with its own open-plan shower room, the other 25m² bedroom is totally open-plan with a few steps and has a 160cm bed and a WC closed by a door. Underfloor heating throughout the Holiday cottage, except for the downstairs bedroom. Fireplace in the living room. Wifi access. Enclosed grounds of approx. 1500m² with slide, swing, soccer goal, private heated above-ground swimming pool (6.50x3.50 with 1.30 m flat bottom) secured by a dome and accessible by steps from the private 20 m² terrace (garden furniture, plancha).
