La Vue Ombragée welcomes you to a small, peaceful hamlet, surrounded by lush greenery, ideal for relaxing vacations with family or friends. Completely renovated while retaining its old-world charm, this house features wood furnishings, generous living spaces and a master suite with private shower room. You'll also appreciate the Piscine shared with another Holiday cottage (open from May to the end of September), secured by a fence.
Beds made on arrival for optimum comfort. The owners can also provide you with vegetables from their garden (according to season and availability).
Situated near the historic medieval City of Figeac and the village of Cardaillac, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, the house is an ideal base for exploring the region's many attractions. Less than an hour's drive away, you can visit must-see sites such as Rocamadour, a pilgrimage site clinging to the side of a cliff, and the spectacular Gouffre de Padirac.
House layout (accessible by a few steps): Entrance hall. 17 m² fitted kitchen. Living/dining room with fireplace (29 m²). 1 master bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room and WC. 7 m² veranda. 3 additional bedrooms: two with 140 and 160 beds, one with two Bunk beds from October 2025, for a total of 4 single beds 90x190. 1 bathroom with double washbasin and bathtub. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Facilities and outside area: WIFI access. Unenclosed 200 m² plot with terrace and barbecue. Private outdoor parking.
