Accessed via a small path and then a pontoon, you arrive on a 12m² covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a lounge area. You then enter the fully-equipped kitchen (sink, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer), two bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed with a 140cm mattress on the bottom and a 90cm mattress on the top), shower room (shower with massage jets, basin), separate WC with extra washing machine (2kg). Wifi access. No heating system. Communal enclosed grounds of 2800 m². Shared, heated, gently sloping Piscine with staircase, measuring 9.50 x 4.15 and varying in depth from 1m to 1.70m, secured by a shutter and shared with the Holiday cottage Le Logis de Tresse reference 46G12884 and Le Mazet reference 46G11816.
