On the edge of a 5000m² walnut grove that casts its beneficial shade over the gite's exterior, 400 m from the Dordogne river (swimming, canoeing...) and 1.5 m from the village of St Sozy, all advantages that will enable you to take advantage of the many leisure activities, services and small local shops in the vicinity. Inside, you'll love the large, bright living room with bay windows opening onto the outside. A warm welcome from the owners, who will be delighted to share their ideas for walks and their taste for local produce, will help to make your stay as pleasant as possible! The swimming pool, with its covered terrace, awaits you for well-deserved moments of relaxation!

Très bon séjour ! Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants :-)
Le gîte est au calme et très bien situé pour rayonner pour faire de belles visites (Lacave, gouffre de Padirac, Martel, Rocamadour... Et bien d'autres).
Piscine très agréable également.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce gite simple et confortable, conforme au descriptif. Sejour au calme. Nombreuses randonnées autour du gite. Très belle région que nous avons découvert hors de la saison touristique
