Fully air-conditioned house. Enclosed parklands with trees on either side of the building. Large private parking area bordered by walnut trees to the rear of the house. Following the various increases in the cost of energy, beyond an EDF energy consumption of 70 KWT offered per week, any supplement will be payable by you, all year round according to the meter reading which will be taken on your arrival and departure. (Current rate 22 Centimes All inclusive per KWT). No tents or inflatable pools allowed on the lawn. Pets allowed, maximum 2. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood by avoiding excessive noise and noise pollution. Under no circumstances will we tolerate barking dogs whose owners cannot keep them quiet.
