At the foot of a house, the Les Rosiers gîte welcomes you to an enchanting, peaceful setting. Located on the first floor of the owners' house, this gîte is ideal for a rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature. As soon as you arrive, you'll be charmed by the delicate rosebushes that adorn the front of the gîte, providing a soothing, flower-filled setting. The outdoor space is a real asset: you can enjoy it for a sunny breakfast or a convivial evening under the stars. The veranda invites you to relax, offering a cosy spot to unwind at any time of day, with a view over the garden. For swimming enthusiasts, a large swimming pool is available and shared with guests from the other gîtes (46G12085 and 46G12551). Access to this shared area is ideal for socializing, while preserving your peace and quiet. Whether you're a couple or a family, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in this beautiful region.

Gîte on one level. Entrance into a living/dining room, separate kitchen, hallway leading to 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a bunk bed), shower room and separate WC. Access to the veranda from the outside or from the master bedroom. Adjoining private outdoor space. Communal area with garden, walnut grove and shared pool area (pool covered by a shelter, covered terrace with ping-pong table, pétanque court). Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning optional, towels not provided.
