Between Saint Céré and Figeac, you'll discover the Haut-Ségala region, and in particular the Lac du Tolerme site. The ideal place to spend your vacations with your feet in the water! The gîte is set in the heart of unspoilt, verdant countryside, where you'll enjoy the peace and quiet, the surrounding scenery and the superb view of the lake from your terrace or even your living room. Fishing enthusiasts will also be delighted to discover the rowing boat available, as well as fishing tackle and float-tubes for hire. Ground floor: laundry room (washing machine and dryer), living/dining room, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with access to the terrace overlooking the lake, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m) and shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m), bathroom, separate wc, sitting area with library and access to balcony overlooking the lake. Parking and ping pong shared with another gîte, private boat available with life jackets and oars on unenclosed land. Free access to the lake on foot. The beach and nautical base are 300m from the gite, accessible via a short footpath (supervised swimming in season). Shops 3kms from the gite, in the commune of Latronquière. Cleaning deposit 90 €.
