Gîte on 2 levels: a few steps lead up to the entrance, which leads to the fully-equipped dining room/kitchen. Living room with TV and sofa bed, Wifi access. Separate WC and shower room (shower and bath). Upstairs, a mezzanine opening onto the living room with 1 x 160x200 bed, 2 separate bedrooms: one with 1 x 160x200 bed and the other with 2 x 90x190 beds. Separate WC. Terrace-balcony accessible from the kitchen. Ground floor: cellar with washing machine, fridge and freezer. Unenclosed grounds with parking space, 10x5 saltwater swimming pool (vis-à-vis - planting in progress). Bed linen and towels not included. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
