Holiday cottage on 2 levels: a few steps lead up to the entrance hall leading to the dining room/fully equipped kitchen. Living room with TV and sofa bed, Wifi access. Separate WC and shower room (shower and bath). Upstairs, a mezzanine opening onto the living room with 1 bed 160x200, 2 separate bedrooms: one with 1 bed 160x200 and the other with 2 beds 90x190. Separate WC. Terrace-balcony accessible from the kitchen. Ground floor: cellar with washing machine, fridge and freezer. Unenclosed grounds with parking space, 10x5 saltwater Piscine (vis-à-vis - vegetation in progress). 2 bicycles available. Bed linen and towels not included. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
