On one level, a living room (dining/lounge) opening onto the kitchen. 3 bedrooms (two with 1 x 160cm bed and one with 2 x 90x190cm beds), bathroom and separate WC. Independent entrance with private parking, terrace and garden. Shared swimming pool area (secured by a tarpaulin, 3 pool levels: 30cm, 70 and 1m60, the first 2 levels of which are non-slip).
