10km from Figeac, in the countryside, single-storey gîte, very quiet, independent, 500m from the owners' house. Enclosed courtyard, enclosed grounds, terrace. Stream 100m below gîte. Fitted kitchen (microwave, freezer)/dining/living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m) 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), one with access to a 10m² terrace and the other with access to the courtyard, shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet. Electric heating included, fireplace in living room, cot available on request. Octagonal above-ground wooden pool (L 8.100M, W 4.622m, H 1.290m) shared with another 6-person gîte (heated) from June to September.

    Lovely gite in a noce area

    We had a very nice stay in La Grave 1. The owners are lovely people. Beds are good. Good shower. Cardaillac is a beautiful village.
    There is a small swimmingpool. It is not very luxurious, but that is not what we wanted. and it has everything that you need.
    We were the first people from Holland! Hope more people will follow.
