Direct access to separate kitchen and living/dining room. 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds, one of which has access to a bathroom with shower and corner bath (also with independent access), separate toilet. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms including 2 with 90x190 beds, 1 140x190 bed and 1 160x200 bed. 2 shower rooms and separate WC. Garden level: kitchen, garage with ping-pong table and games room with pool table. Unenclosed grounds with covered swimming pool secured by dome (gently sloping to a depth of 2 m., 10x5), shed for up to 4 cars. Extra charge for pets.
