Holiday cottage in the heart of nature, restored in the local style and boasting an exceptional 30km view over the Dordogne valley. Access is via a small private tarmac road at the end of a dead-end road, with no traffic. If you're a nature lover, you'll find many Hiking trails offering magnificent views over the Dordogne valley. For the more sporty, there are bridle paths, mountain bike trails and canoe trips down the Rivière Espérance. For the less sporty, you'll be delighted by naps on garden beds overlooking the view and the sound of cicadas. Holidaymakers who have been coming for many years appreciate the comfort (even in the off-season, thanks to the fireplace with insert), the welcome and the peace and quiet of the place, and are very surprised to discover this superb viewpoint over the Dordogne valley. You'll enjoy a Countryside vacation, with plenty of nearby sites to visit. And for those who want to "telework", the 4G network works perfectly! Ground floor: living room with sofas and armchairs, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, freezer, oven and microwave. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m + 2nd bed 1.40m, 2 bunk beds 0.90m, 1 Baby bed), bathroom refurbished in March 2025 with spacious shower, separate toilet. Terrace, deckchairs, parasol, unfenced grounds. Electric heating (convector heaters) meter read on arrival. No camper vans allowed on site. ONLY ONE PET ALLOWED PER STAY.
